The simplicity and high reliability of the TFU pylon antenna make it the favorite of broadcasters around the world. Available in omnidirectional or directional patterns to suit your needs, the TFU can be tower top or side mounted.

With the advent of DTV the popularity of the TFU continues. Offering input power rating of up to 280 kw peak, unlimited vertical and horizontal patterns, and single feed point (end or center) the TFU is the model chosen by the majority of broadcasters to date for DTV broadcasting.

Wideband UHF Panel Antennas Model-TU Series

Offering single or multiple station operation, the TU panel antennas are an excellent choice for the station wishing to combine their DTV and NTSC signals, or the community towers combining multiple broadcaster's signals.

The TU panels are typically mounted in a four around configuration. One to four around configurations are available for custom patterns. The TU is normally supplied upon a support structure for tower top mounting.

Side mounted TU's are an option Dielectric can custom design according to your specifications. Sixteen layers can be combined to achieve peak gains of 205.6 (at CH 41).

The TU panel design provides for a simple installation. Long life is achieved by use of a corrosion resistant materials, the highest quality feedlines and connectors, and radome enclosures. Radomes are available in International Orange.
