DRY-PAK¨
twin tower regenerative air dryers, manufactured by Dielectric since 1965, are in service in thousands of industrial and scientific applications throughout the world. Available with flow capacities from 0.34 SCFM through 73 SCFM and with controled Dew Points to -100ˇ F, DRY-PAK¨ dryers can be custom selected to maximize the efficiency and minimize the cost of your dry air requirements.
Dielectric DRY-PAK¨ air dryers employ twin desiccant towers cycled alternately through drying and regeneration modes. Dryer cycling is controlled by a solid state timer energizing normally closed solenoid valves, assuring uninterrupted air flow even with the dryer not energized. Because the valves control only the purge air and not the main stream air, pressure drop through the dryers in minimal.

Dielectric's¨
Ed series industrial dryers are heatless twin-tower dryers designed for point-of-use applications where atmospheric dew points down to -100ˇ F are reguired. Similar to the DRY-PAK¨ dryers, the ED series of dryers are a less expensive
alternative that does not have some of the easy maintenance features such as spin-off repackable towers.
The ED series dryers have air handling capability up to 125 PSIG and can provide outlet flows of up to 139 S.C.F.D. at a -40ˇF. These units are available with fixed atmospheric dew points of 0ˇF, -40ˇF and -100ˇF.
