These air dryers are equipped with hour meters to help track run hours and assist with maintenance scheduling. In addition, all these models are equipped with a humidity alarm, preset at 2%RH at 70ÁF and a humidity bypass. The Model 5000 and 7200 intermittent operating air dryers are the ideal unit for lower flow (less than 7200 S.C.F.D.) applications. These units have two indepenent oilless compressors that can be operated individually or in a "duplex" mode where the compressors alternate at each start-up. For added protection these units are equipped with an adjustable duplex timer that will start the standby compressor in the event that the on-line compressor doesn't pressurize the storage tank within the preset time limit. This system works in conjunction with a heatless drying system to pressurize a storage tank and the air is then regulated to the field.

The Model 2400 and 3200 intermittent operating air dryers are the ideal unit for small capacity applications that require air flows of up to 3200 S.C.F.D.. These models feature full alarm capability that can be monitored a single "fault" alarm or the five alarm functions can be monitored individually. The oilless compressor operates on a pressure switch to pressurize a storage tank and the air is then regulated to the field. The electrical control panel uses all solid state components for increased reliability and ease of service.

The Model 2400PM and 3200PM Pole Mounted air dryers are designed to require minimum maintenance and facilitate field repair. The premier feature of these units are the modular components that make up the dryer; the compressor, heatless dryer and the electrical module all utilize quick-connect fittings to speed the field replacement of a damaged module. Service on the module can then be performed at a maintenance site or returned to the factory to be refurbished.

The pole mounted air dryers are equipped with thermal insulation as well as a thermostatically controlled heater to regulate the internal operating conditions through the most extreme seasonal changes. The PM series dryers can operate in ambient environments of -60ÁF to 125ÁF.
