pressurization products are defined by our line of heatless compressor dehydrators with capacities that range from 200 S.C.F.D. through 30,000 S.C.F.D..
These air dryers are devided into two catagories, intermittant operating units that recharge a storage tank, and the line of continuous operating high capacities units that utilize the DC series of water sealed compressors.
The intermittant operating units utilize an oilless compressor that cycles on and off to pressurize the storage tank. The air is regulated and metered as it leaves the storage tank and the tank is recharged as the tank pressure is depleted.
Dielectric uses it's DC¬ series water sealed compressors in all of the high capacity, continuously operating air dryers. These units require very little maintenance and the compressors will give years of operation without loss of output capacity.
In addition, in the event that the compressor requires maintenance, the completely field repairable DC¬ compressor minimizes maintenance costs, on-hand inventory as well as dryer down time.
In addition to air dryers Dielectric is the exclusive manufacturer of the ATS series of air dryer controller and monitoring systems. Using these systems in your central office will give you the assurance that your cables will be protected by the
only interactive dryer controller available. Dielectric can also supply a complete line of central office panels, manifolds, transducers and fittings to complete your installation.
For our industrial customers Dielectric supplies a line of twin-tower dryers for point-of-use applications. These units are designed to dryer oilfree air from factory sources and have capacities from .3 SCFM up to 200 SCFM with output dew points to -100Á.
Standard DRY-PAK¬ dryers are constructed to NEMA 1 classifications and are UL listed.
